RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES

We want you to like and enjoy the chosen products, but if you don't, or if you have a problem with your purchase, we will be happy to help you! Contact us via email: service@idealsshop.com so that we can resolve your concerns or difficulties with your order. We stand behind our handmade products which are constantly reviewed to ensure that our customers are happy and satisfied with our products.

Swap Scrunchies: We currently do not make swaps for scrunchie orders.

 Returns or exchanges of our products are only accepted due to manufacturing defects or shipping errors, that is, if your order does not match the order requested by you. They must be returned within 7 days of delivery and 14 days outside the US, if applicable. Return shipping is borne by the customer in some cases.

If you decide to cancel an order you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order, as you will not be able to cancel your order after it has been processed. You are recommended to contact us at the customer service email service@idealsshop.com, to expose your case and be able to help you in the best possible way and to be able to make the refund in this case.

Important notes:

*Items that are returned by the customer, with damage caused by the customer or used, will only be refunded 60% of the value of your purchase.

*The products shipped that do not match the order made by you or by factory default. Idealsshop will assume the cost of shipping the product, managing the change of the same and sending the correct package to its destination as soon as possible.

Instructions for product return:

To return a product, contact us at customer service email service@idealsshop.com, as soon as possible with the order data (order number, order date, reason for the return and your personal data). Send evidence photos of the package and products in any case. We will reply to you as soon as possible.

The package must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. Preferably in the same packaging in which it was sent or in a similar format.

If we comply with all the established requirements, we will refund the money once the package has arrived at the store and the returned items are verified, they must be in perfect condition and unused.
