Our minimum order quantity is generally 6 pieces. Minimums may vary depending on the product and personalization method.

Can I use my own logo or artwork?

Yes. You can upload your logo or artwork when submitting your quote request. We’ll review it to make sure it works well with the selected product.

Do you create logos or custom artwork?

We do not provide logo or graphic design services. However, we can help guide you with product selection, colors and personalization options using artwork you provide.

What types of personalization do you offer?


We offer names, initials, monograms, customer-provided logos and other personalization options depending on the product.

How long does a custom order take?

Production time depends on the product, quantity and personalization. Please include your needed-by date or event date when requesting a quote so we can confirm availability.

Can you help me choose the right products for my event or organization?

Yes. We can help you select products, colors and personalization options based on your project, event or budget.

How do I request a quote?

Complete our Request a Custom Quote form with your project details, quantity, preferred products and event date. We’ll review your request and contact you with the next steps.

Are taxes and shipping included in the quoted price?

Taxes and shipping are calculated separately when applicable and are not included in the quoted product price unless specifically stated in your quote.

Is a deposit required to begin my order?

Yes. Once your quote is approved, a 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due according to the payment terms provided with your quote.

Do you offer custom orders for individuals as well as businesses?

Yes. We create custom products for businesses, schools, teams, weddings, birthdays, celebrations and other special occasions.

What file types can I upload for my logo or artwork?

You can upload JPG, JPEG, PDF, SVG, WebP, GIF or HEIC files up to 20 MB. For faster uploads, we recommend using a JPG or PDF file.
