Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If items come with customer damage or used, only 60% of the value of your purchase will be refunded. The money will be returned by the payment method used by the customer, without exception.
Ideal´s Shop.com reserves the right to decide whether to accept or reject claims for possible processing errors, delays, or merchandise in poor condition. However, our quality service team does a great job to avoid these types of inconveniences.
When will you be refunded for the full amount of your purchase and will shipping not be charged?
*If the returned items arrive in perfect condition and the return is due to causes beyond the customer's control.
*If the items are defective from the factory.
*If the package sent does not match the order placed by you. (We apologize in advance). We will assume the costs of returning the product and sending the new product as soon as possible.

If your return is accepted, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and fix it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
