SHIPPING CONDITIONS FOR YOUR PACK
Our E-Commerce store Ideal’s Shop.com, has several shipping company services, although we generally use USPS because it has good prices and quality of service for our customers. To know exactly the cost of your shipment, it is necessary to take into account the following aspects: the destination, the purchase amount, the selected delivery time and the weight of the shipment.

For purchases over $80 within the United States, shipping is free.

Packages are generally sent within 2 to 5 days after receipt of payment. Please note that delivery times are met before the cut-off times. Your order will be processed the next day and delivered to the chosen shipping company, which will determine the arrival of the order at its destination. The cut-off time for standard orders is 5 p.m. And if you choose Express or urgent shipping, the cut-off time will be at 1 p.m.

It is worth mentioning that the delivery companies are USPS, FEDEX and UPS, for international shipments you can use FEDEX, you must choose according to your preference when placing your order. If you require an Express order it is 2 to 4 days, (only for orders within the United States), contact us through customer service email idealsaccesories@gmail.com before choosing this method. Whatever shipping option you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online to your email. And we will monitor the delivery and if any problem occurs if it is the case we will contact you through your email.

On the other hand, orders paid by transfer will not be processed until we receive the amount of the same in our bank account. In the case of other cash payment methods, orders will be processed immediately. Therefore it is suggested that if you need express shipping do not use transfer as a payment method.

PAYMENT FOR SHIPPING
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as shipping costs. Shipping rates vary depending on the total weight of the shipment, type of shipping, and shipping company you choose. We recommend that you group your items into one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, and shipping rates will apply to each of them.
